Which processes to quit in Activity Monitor???


hi everyone

ok new computers whole. read somewhere in vital make sure 'quit' instead of clicking on 'x'....then read it's best keep 'activity monitor' levels.

not understand of have read. please tell me if it's ok quit every process in activities monitor? ones vital machine running properly, , @ relatively cool temperature??

afraid if 'quit' wrong thing, computer stop running , performing should.

please please me figure out. better if took screenshot?

i don't think need quit everything. leave mail, safari, , itunes running time. quit other apps i'm not using.

click on app name next apple in upper left hand corner of screen. click quit @ bottom of menu. alliteratively, press cmd + q.
