on iphone between 3 , 5 bars (edge) anywhere on property, nice because eliminate need of land line.
question is; lack of high speed internet deal breaker you?
have *other options far real estate goes, other option doesn't have access dsl or cable internet either.
depending on topography, check wireless internet access too. that's i've got out here, , while it's not cheap (or particularly fast) beats satellite. ping times routinely below 80ms, whereas satellite on 1000.
, no, i'd isn't dealbreaker, if place worth it. put 5 years of dialup stay here. depends lot on priorities.
