even though i've had same setting (monitor goes sleep after 10mins) since got alum mbp 18 months ago, monitor not sleep. stays on. restart...sometimes sleep (after appropriate inactivity) , won't. don't have screen saver of sort enabled...just monitor goes off @ 10 mins.
, yes i'm positive mouse isn't being moved or keys pressed.
ideas?
what application leave active when happens? find applications tempremental - e.g. safari, if there flash on website screen not sleep.
go finder , make active, screen sleep me.
