with new Data Plans coming, will AT&T now know we are tethering if we use MyWi?

with new data plan news today, still haven't read mentioning if means at&t has method detect if tethering if use mywi or benm hack.
of course it's speculation @ point maybe incorporated new os4?
if that's case, may have wait few months know sure method work best.
