has used circus ponies notebook organizing , taking notes? notebook layout, can change style of notebook , color? using notebook layout in microsoft word mac.

there other programs better circus ponies?

i use circus ponies' notebook. yes, can change color , style. capable program. fact can insert screenshots etc. works services menu conveniently insert content other sources. fact allows record within applications (lectures etc.). handles wide variety of information in different formats quite well.

there better programs? depends on need for. there many other similar apps out there. tend use circus ponies of note taking, use devonthink managing larger bodies of research. more flexible, might overkill.
