Arrange Safari and Opera windows (AppleScripts)

hi,
wrote 2 applescripts arrange safari , opera windows. don't tile horizontally or vertically order browser windows in optimal way. scripts detect automatically screen resolution , number of open browser windows. arrange 12 windows. opera script, due opera bug(?) have run twice.
