Best for Small Film Business: Daylite 3 of Filemaker Pro 11?

hey all.
starting own film production business in philadelphia. have been trying find project management system has ability track:
project status & tracking
customers & relations
employee relations
invoicing & billing
organizes , links files projects or contacts
easy way outline services & products
easy access on web database(s)
easy setup
excellent security
keeps tracks of appointments & tasks
syncs gcal, ical, blackberry , ipod touch/iphone
cost effective.

right have tried daylite 3.9 , quite impressive, need obtain multiple licenses in order run database through server remote access, expensive, plus additional costs billings , ipod apps.

haven't tried filemaker pro yet, in next day(s) or so.
wondering if out there has light shed on pros , cons of each.
