i'm looking pickup mbp 13" in next couple of days , had query phone support applecare.
in jb hifi (australian equivalent of best buy suppose) , trying flog there own extended warranty. claim same applecare without phone support.
intend read fine print first rest of differences, curious whether thought phone support worth it.
whenever have problem macs google or ask i.t. guys @ work.

i used lot pb. dozen times or so. , got new hdd out of (at end of 3 year period hdd died, literally 1 day prior end of time). used @ 1 point replace keyboard.
called them in regards airport base station.
