during ten days had wifi ipad, 1 of apps bought cogs hd... cool game. have ipad 3g, , i've synced it, apps except one. how download again without paying second time?

if select app in appstore , go through process of purchasing again message downloads saying along lines of 'this app has been purchased not charged download' - thats happens on iphone / touch anyway...
alternatively can download through itunes selecting store>check available downloads , sync ipad...
