hi imac (mid 2007)has 1gb of ram. want upgrade ram 2gb. i've never had experience ram before. wondering, if bought 1gb of ram, add existing 1gb of ram or have buy 2gb ram slot , replace 1gb?
your imac has 1 1gb stick can add stick (of size).
