MBP wont load, tried everything, hardware check says ok and fsck-f says OS ok?!?!?!

hi,

had mbp 10 weeks exactly.
running perfect until did normal restart. sits grey apple sign , little loading wheel spinning, nothing else happens. have done hardware check , thats fine, have run fsck -f check os.....spoke consultant , wasnt help!

have suggestions.....i @ work week , dont have os cd.
