sometimes damn audio files wont normalize, no matter how weak are. today cut out piece bigger track , wanted normalized since weak compared rest of track , normalize button kept gray.
when double click track , normalize logic normalizes track, don't it. that's not relevant problem. solved bouncing out piece of track. when won't normalize?
why want normalise everything? doesn't improve sound quality. normalizing raises levels of audio files until peak reaches 0db. noise floor gets increased. better use compressor or limiter increase loudness of tracks.
