i downloaded kindle mac software yesterday , purchased 1 book. showing in archive section comment "download failed, try again." have tried multiple times download book, keep getting error messages saying book cannot downloaded, try again. went through troubleshooting guide (which minimal) , nothing fixed it. emailed kindle c/s , said must firewall or anti-virus. turned off firewall, still didn't work. don't run anti-virus software on mac. i've tried call kindle c/s since weren't problem, haven't been able through yet.
i've tried on 3 different wireless networks , 1 wired network - fails on all. internet access totally normal otherwise; else working , downloadig fine. i'm exasperated.
has else had trouble downloading kindle mac? i'm beginning think it's problem title on end.
if has suggestions, i'd love hear them.
weird. i've used kindle iphone, mac, , ipad , it's worked flawlessly. haven't purchased new books through each device, i've been able download books amazon archive fine.
