Locking mouse in VMware fusion window

i gotten imac 27", running snow leopard. installed vmware fusion 3 , window 7.

wanted play warcraft 3 (dota) on vmware fusion. need mouse locked in vmware window, not automatically leave , pointing other mac apps.

searched help, says can use "g+command" button lock it. no success. command "control+command" make mouse cursor leave vm environment, "g+command" doesn't work.

can advise?

 

are pressing g before key? won't work - need press , hold first, push g.
