i have macbook pro 13" purchased last summer in june. 12 mo. warranty (i did not buy extended 3 year plan) , screen going out. there no apple stores within 2 hour radius of live, , i'm out of 90day coverage phone support, really, apple genius isn't option. have had harddrive replaced because died on me around christmas time. lost everything. replaced apple specialist in area. now, screen flickers when wake sleep, , took specialist , said whole screen part of clamshell need replaced.... also, i'm not happy harddrive gave me. when computer running silently (fans below 2000rpm) can hear weird faint sound coming left side of macbook. it's arm scratching drive spins or something, don't know. i'm not happy @ mac experience. bought wouldn't have trouble, , 2 troubles in less year. love experience, when works! there chance can replace whole computer , give me updated one?
slim none. typically if same part fails 3 times within warranty period replacement, might able swing replacement if right things on phone.
