Cant Delete TV Center Toolbar from Safari

i cannot uninstall tv center toolbar safari. used uninstall feature on toolbar, , uninstall feature in "applications" "toolbars" "uninstal" folder. have re-installed application , tried uninstall (as per companies instructions).
suggestions please?!? 3rd party software uninstall perhaps??

 

reinstall safari, or delete safari reinstall it. idk, thoughts.
