so recently, in today, mac hasn't been able connect internet. tried both firefox , safari both work literally second on internet says loading. doesn't give me page saying "problem loading page". airport on , i've tried restarting both router , modem. can please me fix problem, in advance
1. download onyx (a free maintenance utility).

2. open onyx , click cancel on these 2 alert panels:
-cancel s.m.a.r.t. box
-cancel startup volume box
3. enter password
4. click on cleaning tab
5. in each tab, within cleaning tab, execute command. check boxes in each tab. when finished in tab, ask reboot. no. go on next tab , repeat until tabs, within cleaning tab, done. then reboot.
