ok. mbp working 2 days ago , went fry's replace hd 640gb model thinking larger storage - win. replaced in , orange ribbon cable got disconnected between keyboard , logic board. went frantic , after visit apple genius, plugged , thought fine. nope, , unit won't turn on. plugged in , got green light , battery charges, mbp won't power on. suggestions? made sure hd plugged in securely, orange ribbon connected fine, , power button cable secure. drive worked fine did superduper transfer of old data new drive night before crisis , worked fine. thoughts?
dude take apple store if , let apple genius @ it. possible plug fell out somewhere, , case. whether issue hd or not, dunno.
