i'd send him email asking him explain iphone users how at&t justifies charging $20 tethering on capped data plans. tethering device feature, not network feature, , think many of curious know at&t's official take on issue.
fwiw, verizon , sprint charge tethering on capped plans, not sure t-mobile. mean, charge, not sure if data plan capped.
