Apple declared mine DOA and ordered wrong replacement

i got new i7 15" mbp on monday evening. haven't had of chance play it. tonight went check out , put speck case on it. case wouldn't fit on right. noticed bottom wasn't secure fit, plate hadn't been seated when screwed down. on edge making bottom uneven. on same area on palm rest there elevated part. fix bottom panel myself, raised part on palm rest couldn't.

called them see done. sent me sales declared doa , ordered new one. checking make sure put order through , didn't specs right! have call them , them fix it. highly annoyed whole process!

that ended happening 2.8 mbp after year, not bad. bummer.
