i have been trying little or no success jailbreak , unlock iphone 2g. i’m using instructions in iclarified. iphone not active, restore iphone first must forced restore otherwise when plug iphone in itunes goes “welcome new iphone” screen , not giving me option restore (see attached). problem i’m having way “please wait while device being jailbroken” , message computer “one of usb devices attached computer has malfunctioned, , window not recognize it:” i’m don’t know i’m doing wrong. (see attach files used).

make sure iphone restore latest 3.1.3 , use latest redsnow 0.9.4
if still gives usb error try computer or usb port.
