not sure if right section, need buying advice.
need database program can customize fields optical shop. need able create fields customer name, email address, brand, frame purchased, opthalmic/sun etc etc.
need able sort database based on search terms. example, need able input manufacturer (oakley, example) , have database sort email addresses of people purchased oakley , export them email program company can direct email marketing @ relevant audience.
suggestions, macrumors?
it sounds simple database project, database application might do. don't have lot of experience databases, i've used filemaker. believe premier database application. it's full featured, loads, costs arm , leg. it's cross platform , network capable.
there bento, consumer level database put out filemaker people. ms office has database, though don't know if ms makes 1 native macs (don't know, in have no idea - may or may not.)
might try googling mac , database. find answer there, i'm sure.
