California entitlements about to go bye bye.

not surprised has came this, 1 of worst entitlement states in country. sure ton of money funneling out through paying illegals education/health care/etc. long don't bail them out a-okay though, find bit funny facing record unemployment , boycotting 1 of close state partners @ same time.

proposal affect state workers under governor's authority, regardless of whether general fund or special fund employees. employees not able cash out of unused leave credit when leave state service. plan replace three-day-a-month furloughs, due end june 30.
