Choppy streaming video on my macbook

i got macbook. love exception when stream sports, picture , sound clear picture's streaming speed isn't steady.

instance, watching hockey, looks players speeding , slowing down entire time.

know of driver can run stop this? maybe different browser. have tried firefox , safari , problem same on both.

are sure not stream looks that? have tried on computer @ same time see if problem exists there well?
have streamed hockey places usteam, , 99% of streams of poor quality.
