How do I get new email accounts on iPad to MacBook Pro?!!

wtf? tell itunes sync accounts doesn't! added 2 accounts ipad , deleted 2 on ipad (that on mac) when synced didn't delete 2 accounts or add 2 accounts on mbp!!!

help!
