this nitpicky thing, know how on side bar of itunes, has links "purchased on ipod" , "purchased on iphone" etc under store section?
there way make links don't show @ all?
never use links , real estate allow more room playlists below it.

you should able right-click , delete them other playlist. however, if continue make purchases on iphone/ipod touch , sync them computer 2 entries return. there not appear way remove them permanently, either in view menu or itunes preferences.
