hi all,
mu trusty old 40gb 3g ipod has bricked after "enabled disc use" transfer large game file friend.
battery still charges, 5 years old runs can expected.
hdd spins up, spins 5-10 seconds , stops, ipod resets @ point.
continues until battery dies.
if connected via fw nothing happens on pc, if connected via usb detects "something" doesn't know know not working properly.
last time worked ok windows wanted disc scan on ipod, skipped - mistake.
have disc use turned off, , wishing downloaded bloody file in 1st place.
