i've been thinking buying used mac pro (last gen 8 core) , wondering if there usb 3.0 cards coming out pop mac? want make sure can add card in future , best out of machine.

as right now, can't. cards exist, not mac os x drivers them yet.
future, it's pretty sure thing. develop drivers such cards, when, nobody knows.
