i've been deliriously happy canon pixma mp620 got through similar deal mbp, 18 months ago. looks current equivalent canon mp640. chose because of reviews quality, support os x canon, , printers have large separate ink tanks each color -- nice change single tri-color cartridges hp uses (or used to, @ least, don't know if still haven't looked back). printer has separate cyan, magenta, yellow, , black cartridges, of large size, , additional "pigment" black cartridge that's larger. has wifi, though i've never used (i connected ethernet port home network's gigabit switch).
reviews of canon mp640 middling on apple's site, more detailed , more positive on amazon (yeah, know you'll buying through apple, did, amazon reviews helpful).
