**Moving from old iMac to new; Advise??

hi all-

please direct me previous posts, stickies or guides on subject

i'm moving imac in sig new 27" imac quad i7. plan move things myself. loadable apps should fine things bookmarks, e-mail addresses etc, i'm sure many questions follow.

have bookmarks & addresses in firefox & safari. have itoons(no clue here).

have hd has current system backed (whatever means).

suggestions or redirections othe post appreciated...

 

hmm question! had thought using time machine via external hard drive?
