hey ritsuka. i've been using subtler little , have suggestions.
1) when open file, full "open dialog" window, allowing me navigate around , drag files out of finder it. when save, don't other change name. save should, if path has not yet been set, open full "save dialog".
2) format column should include additional information. in case of h.264 should "normal profile" or such. resolution of video track useful!
3) in tracks display, there should additional column called "compatibility" tells user if track work on device of choice. instance, if video track encoded in high profile won't work on lot of devices, , should "incompatible" or "unlikely work" in red or yellow. user select target device pop-up , set 1 in preferences comes way.
(3) important - saving file out of subtler takes while , has little feedback. nothing more annoying waiting complete find out didn't work! think change help, , doesn't seem difficult.
in own experience, it's sound causes problems more video (ymmv). in these cases, faq entry might best way deal this.
btw, can point me document stating differences between mov , m4v are, , why ever want use 1 vs. other?
