i'm based in uk , have ipad. way of purchasing apps based itunes account created , have been funding itunes gift cards. turns out last 1 bought on ebay funded using stolen credit card have disabled account. way re-enable me add based funding source itunes account unfortunately, being uk based, don't have.

can use paypal account virtual credit cart or have buy on of visa gift cards
