GPS Failure, Not Working, Incorrect Location, Can't Find You

i had problem iphone 3g gps not being able locate me. have tried other solutions , none of seemed work. however, think may have figured out culprit - restrictions.

1. check restrictions: settings > general > restrictions

if have restrictions enabled, make sure either turn off "location" or disable restrictions completely.

2. check if location services on: settings > location services = on

3. reboot phone: hold sleep/wake button until "slide power off' appears, let phone shut down. press sleep/wake again (no need hold down) turn phone on again.

4. move open area u receive signal.

5. goto "maps".

6. hit "locate me" gps button , allow maps find you.

should work has worked me. hope helps everyone. :):p

where idea going fix gps problems people? default restrictions off. why think has on, or haslocations on in restrictions. did, , changing fixed you, won’t fix.
