three weeks ago iphone 3gs stopped working entirely. wouldn't turn on, wouldn't register in itunes, wouldn't go dfu mode, wouldn't go recovery, wouldn't charge etc. convinced dead. happened 67% battery charge. gave trying knew fix shelved it. last night decided mess again took , plugged charger , surprise started charging , working except date , time incorrect. charged 100% overnight , fine until afternoon when took out of pocket find dead again. being dead. no dfu, no recovery, nothing. handle phone lightly , has never seen water. environmental causes plausible heat, humidity , sweat.
else have problem? do come back? 16gb running on 3.0.1 , jailbroken/unlocked.
i haven't had problem, however, mentioned iphone has been exposed heat, humidity, , sweat. combination of either 1 of things can cause iphone not run properly. suggest take apple care center near you, , have trouble shoot you.
