have been on sidelines whole smartphone / service provider / android os vs. iphone os awhile now. until now.
job cracking down on phone useage (cell , desk) need enter reality , purchase device , plan.
i'm devoted mac person, having converted 5 years ago windows , hassle. understand , appreciate value of things 'apple' , iphone not lost on me. i've poured on leaks , obsessed on sites , engadget/gizmodo latest tidbits of 6/7/2010. can't wait.
here's dilemna though. folks talk love iphone loathe at&t. 2 year commitment long time if nework sign w/ garbage. also, there talk verizon version, may or may not happen. finally, many things might clear after steve speaks in june.
so, shouldn't until hear steve (why buy old handset w/ 2 years of commitment when might know when new 1 coming out in few weeks?). announce verizon version? if doesn't take plunge , risk kicking later if comes around xmas? come @ all? heck att might decent live, return policy not gratious verizon's.
either gamble w/ att after new iphone out, or go w/ verizon droid stop-gap. big thing w/ verizon (network aside) can sign 1 year contracts. can put w/ lot more hassle if timeframe 1 year ...

i'd said. wait until june , wait new iphone. if appealing you, give shot. have 30 days return if decide at&t doesn't work enough in area.
