UK iPad - Orange FR Data?

hey guys,

planning on buying ipad in uk trip france (i know going buy 1 glad didn't looks of not worth hassle ) puzzled @ how go getting data orange fr can't see anywhere on site international users simple buying ipad msim store , slotting in , using uk dc or have french dc/cc?

idk main reason getting it, want sure able use

 

not sure. i've tried topping orange france mobicarte / prepray sim using uk debit/ , credit card , both have been declined need french cc/dc.
