if set brightness on ipad way down auto adjust turned off , subsequently go ibooks app brightness goes full. persists after close ibooks , go settings. brightness "slider" still shows lowest setting possible brightness @ max. slight wiggle of slider corrects issue, of course if open ibooks again problem re-occurs. else experiencing issue or bug in new ibooks update released? thanks.
i haven't had issue myself. have noticed within ipad os, when turn brightness way down , when got ibooks , select brightness features i'm able lower intensity more so, once exit ibooks app readjusts have selected in settings>brightness menu. kinda wish able turn screen down as ibooks allows throughout whole environment. makes easier on eyes when casually surfing in dark room.
