i'm using wacom intuos 3 imac. had been fine, these days, after put down pen, bring tablet, mouse pointer doesn't respond.
have scrape pen , forth on tablet, , respond again.
which os version? tablet driver version?
following:
1. bring system preferences.
2. click wacom tablet pane.
3. @ bottom of pane, click button.
4. sheet presented.
5. click diagnose... button.
7. sheet presented.
diagnose sheet should show version info, should post. if don't see or diagnose button, find software version info other way.
diagnose sheet continuously show real-time info pointing device in use, such proximity, position, etc. if pen shows proximity no switches or pressure, double-check pen settings. if doesn't show proximity, when placed on tablet, may have defective pen.
tablet's mouse exhibit same problems pen? if so, tablet may defective.
have metallic on top of tablet's surface?
should able determine more using diagnose sheet.
