so, i've been mac user 2 years now. it's great os.
have 2008 (quad-core) mac pro selling friend. i've been saving money , buying imac (with money mac pro) , gaming pc saved money.
mac pro has 3 drives in - 230gb drive os, apps, music, etc; 500gb drive movies, photos, etc; , 500gb drive windows 7 , games. have mac files backed onto 1.5tb external drive (of have less 1tb filed).
question file transferring. able transfer files backup mac pro drive new imac? has 1tb drive space isn't problem. i'm kinda worried how files transferred since copied 2 drives , going copied onto single drive.
advice or things should know? has tried before?
i've never restored multi-drive backup, suggest restoring system drive , copying contents of other drive on manually.
