have feeling that, per clock specs, pc-2700. 166mhz rated at.
can check out spec sheet , tell me if i'm looking @ appropriate solder onto board , make use of them pc sdram? looks they're 32bit wide, while pc-2700 64-bits wide. don't know if double measure because it's double data rate or what, that's need help.

i'm not hardware engineer, looked @ data sheet , looked @ wikipedia articles.
according data sheet, voltage chip uses 3.3 v. wikipedia's artiicle on sdram says ddr 3.3 v changed 2.5 v. in addition, wikipedia says ddr reads data on rising , trailing edges of clock. nothing in data sheet seems indicate possible. memory controller runs @ twice system clock speed flip-flops hold previous read cycle output designed emulate behavior.
anyway, data sheet says ic in tsop form. don't know how plan solder without specialized equipment. if chips aren't in dimm form factor, don't think can use in else (that more modern) unless have way around soldering issue.
