i ordered 15 2.4ghz hr ag , first 1 has couple of scuffs on when arrived (as yellow tinge issue).
sent , got replacement today (also had yellow tinge), , 1 worse cosmetically! looked had reused old packaging. there scratches along inside of box, dust , crud under plastic, plastic coverings scratched up, , unit had various marks on (the biggest 1 being looked etched coffee ring around power button). sending 1 replacement.
if cto-ed mbp, did arrive looking pristine?
dunno why it's such problem new laptop looks new.
apple has been gracious in providing me compensation on both units, it's such hassle......and knows if next 1 won't worse. have wait @ least week new replacement see.
0/2 right on trying decent mbp...never had issues previous 2 macs.
