i downloaded trial pavtube , overall impressed. love convenience of 1 program -- no need use 2-3 programs go blu-ray apple tv. , there few settings tweak, easier experience not having worry advanced strings or multiple handbrake tweaks right.
however: unless doing wrong, seems lose chapter markers / breaks. not end of world, don't watch movie worrying chapter on, if knows more this, appreciate input.
else use pavtube? thoughts, comments on in in general? debating paying (when handbrake free). reminds me, how makemkv license? on trial version of that. might justified in paying $49 pavtube if makemkv costs significant. thanks!

forgot mention 1 benefit have seen pavtube default settings, have had no stutter playing "open season" on atv, whereas handbrake (after ripping mkv), have stutter in @ least 1 scene using apple tv preset changing resolution 1280 x 720. , what's odd average bitrate pavtube file higher handbrake file (about 4,000 vs 2,000). re-ripped pavtube file lower bit rate (about same handbrake) , quality still looks (no seen difference).
still curious hear of experiences pavtube , want know chapters / markers pavtube (as said in last post, rips far have resulted in no chapters!)
