i'm having issue can't seem solve. anytime download dmg file on mbp can't ever open them! (1 out of last 50 files i've downloaded has worked. or @ least that's estimate).
doesn't matter whether i'm using safari or firefox. safari has issue 'verification failed' , when try open file, tells me it's still being downloaded. firefox tell me downloaded fine, when try open it, system tells me data corrupt, or there error -4906 (i think), few other messages have forgotten.
not sure if it's related i'm can't seem update machine either.
way i'm running snow leopard 10.6.3.
im having same exact issue. mbp wont upgrade 10.6.4 because of error , can't install of dmg files have downloaded.
update on fix?
