i bought iphone 3g using craigslist. met guy , showed me used 3 minutes make sure running 3.1 , make sure worked, , looked fine.
guy didnt put in ad why selling it, texted him asking if wrong it, scuffs/scratches or , said no works fine. (i have text messages saved him)
way heading home half hour car ride , let charge @ house. didnt drop or anything,
(he on att, way, , wasn't jbroken)
problem screen doesn't respond touch 20% using it, , way fix turning off (not completely) pushing power button once , on. phone not have scrathes or on screen. push internet example , nothing happen, make gesture go next screen, nothing happen, have turn off , on, , work.
way repaired or anything, or should make guy give me refund.
have phone number, address, , guy took picture of himself, , still saved on phone.
first thought stole it, when plugged in computer had of information on screen, if first register it, , had name , number, (but sure can change information long restore it.)
did not come box, or charger, phone.
way prove if stole contacting att or apple , giving them serial number or imei number.
guy little hoodrat, doubt going admit fault or knew wasn't working, gonna claim worked fine him.
, using ipod touch , gonna use phone in next month or 2 once sim card not matters, guys think?
i dont think you're going able refund craigslist transaction. best bet try replacing screen or repairing it.
