Access Files on iPhone 3G S

i'm trying access of music on iphone , transfer computer.

of you, know hack/app can perform kind of procedure?

if jailbroken, ssh in or use iphone explorer or similar. navigate /var/mobile/media/itunes_control/music. inside ton of folders names f00, f01. inside music files random names aaqk.m4a, agjs.m4a, etc. drag location on computer. make sure itunes setup organize music , copy itunes folder. assuming files tagged correctly, drag folder copied off iphone itunes, , add them library.

if not jailbroken, google friend.
