How to transfer windows itunes library to imac itunes library

my search skills lacking here, cant find guide want.

have windows 7 pc , iphone 3g plus ipod touch sync via windows 7 pc.

have 27" imac arriving on tuesday , want transfer itunes library windows machine new imac.

easiest way achieve this?

you have itunes folder in pc has files need, including music, apps, album art etc. copy , paste /user/music/itunes
