i own macbook pro 15" - it's heavy carry through airports. (i have shoulder injury) thought macbook air. bought ipad seduced 1.5 lbs weight , promise run basic stuff need. techs @ apple tell me patient apps need coming out simple things printing, storing documents, uploading files seem difficult in ipad. love , trying make work - i'm self employed , have own consulting business - do? ipad or airbook?
probably air. don't think ipad @ stage laptop or work computer replacement yet.
unless try out ipad , if doesn't work you can sell it.
