MBP 2010 having trouble with RAM?


hi everybody,

2 weeks ago bought nice new 15" i7 mbp. ordered set of 4 gb ram.
of course stupid enough build in in right away (after running mbp few minutes). after while started have issues mbp... "turning ball" forever, until turned off... , 3 kernel panics (one while shutting off computer). tested apple tool set, , memtest... neither of them mentioned issues.
yesterday put in original set of ram , have been stress testing since. no issues till now.

question :) can sure, defective ram (4 gb, hynix module), or have afraid it's logic board issue or s.th. major, since neither memtest nor apple tool set complaining ram? there way, definitley exclude issues other hardware?

appreciate opinions :) oh , btw.. please excuse poor english :)

sounds ram me. i'd try , narrow down particular module , ask replacement.
