so far after searching can't find best way this.
problem: if update address or phone number on phone have option when sync in itunes either "replace" information in iphone contacts wipe out changes have made or "merge" information keep changes have made add old information back. unless remember people contacts have changed , in outlook before sync lot of old info on iphone.
had bb before , option chould check before sync update phone, update phone, merge or ask changes (which bring dates of changes each contact along info pick).
there better way this, software or plug in should at?
in advance everyone.
