speaking of selectively removing rights without due process...
story has been festering while, , i've been meaning bring up. know george soros implant in head says shouldn't criticize obama, here goes:
i extremely uncomfortable handing executive branch authority target american citizens assassination based on information not made public in way, no recourse target face accuser in kind of open forum.
case one, government's perspective, use enshrine authority in executive branch's arsenal. few people complain if imam meets maker via american weaponry. words , deeds quite hostile, , undeniable threat cause further death , destruction americans , others.
once kind of power enshrined, become more , more tempting executive use silence critics. watched during bush years, dissent equated lack of patriotism, "wanting terrorists win". press needed "watch said". criticism of war effort in iraq no different hating our troops.
in such environment, hardly stretch imagine executive claim it's critics threat nation, , ordering them killed.
it's line don't think should cross, no matter how persuasive particular case is.
